3. Purchase and Payment

Access to the FasterMRI directory requires a one-time purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the MRI directory.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues accessing the directory, please contact us at support@fastermri.ca and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. User Conduct

When using FasterMRI, you agree not to:

Share, resell, or redistribute your access to the directory with others.

Copy, scrape, or extract data from the directory for commercial purposes.

Submit false, misleading, or defamatory wait time reports.

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

5. Wait Time Reports

FasterMRI allows users to voluntarily submit wait time experiences to help others in the community. By submitting a wait time report, you agree that:

Your submission is based on your genuine personal experience.

Your report will be reviewed before being published and may be edited or rejected at our discretion.

Your report will be published anonymously and you grant us the right to display it on our website indefinitely.

You will not include any personal health information, identifying details about yourself or others, or defamatory content in your submission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FasterMRI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the directory information or user-submitted wait time reports.

The availability or uptime of our website or services.

The suitability of any MRI facility for your specific medical needs.

We strongly recommend that you verify all information directly with MRI facilities before making any healthcare decisions.

7. Not Medical Advice

FasterMRI is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice. The information provided through our directory:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FasterMRI and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
